🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive accounting in a high-growth SaaS
- Strong US GAAP, SaaS revenue (ASC 606), equity comp; CPA preferred.
- Experience owning full-cycle close and managing external audits.
- Comfortable building processes, controls, and policies from scratch.
- Experience mentoring accountants or readiness to do so.
- ERP proficiency; evaluating or implementing a new ERP is a plus.
