Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team workload.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence in postings.
Act as primary operational lead; partner with Senior Accounting Manager for close.
Supervise daily activities and track deadlines for the team.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
4–6 years accounting experience with US GAAP
Hands-on US GAAP: journal entries, reconciliations, close
1+ year supervising junior accounting staff
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet close timelines
