📋 Description

• Assist in AP/AR including data entry, invoice verification, and vendor communication.
• Help close month-end by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in financial statement prep and analysis under senior accountants.
• AI Integration: use GenAI tools to automate routine tasks.
• Human-in-the-Loop: audit AI outputs for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Data Governance: follow AI security protocols to protect data.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• BA or currently enrolled in a BA degree program in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
