Identify, screen, and recruit finance & accounting talent for contract/direct-hire roles.
Partner with sales to fulfill open job orders and manage candidates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leaders to plan and deliver projects.
Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants; maintain pipeline.
Proactively generate leads and develop a candidate skills matrix.
Log activity, notes, and candidate data in Bullhorn.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year experience in finance/accounting staffing and recruitment.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with Bullhorn ATS.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Proven relationship-building with candidates and clients.
Ability to collaborate in a hybrid, team-focused environment.
