📋 Description

• Lead executive finance and accounting recruiting for open roles.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to fulfill job orders.
• Plan and deliver recruiting projects with business leaders and SMEs.
• Generate new job orders weekly per performance goals.
• Conduct weekly interviews and manage candidate flow.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years in audit/tax/public accounting or related recruiting preferred.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other designation a plus.
• Bullhorn experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments.
