Lead month-end close with journals and flux analysis under US GAAP to deadlines
Perform balance sheet reconciliations for bank, prepaid, fixed assets, and other accounts
Partner with the US accounting team to align processes and controls
Liaise with external auditors; support statutory audits and prepare schedules
Support rollout of international expansion projects and new accounting systems
Contribute to internal control framework rollout and enhancements

🎯 Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), 1+ years PQE
Experience in industry accounting within like-minded companies
Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
Experience in statutory reporting processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite a plus)
