Complete US GAAP month end transactions and analyses for assigned countries/businesses.
Deliver timely financial reporting to local, regional and global partners with insights.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and resolve issues.
Lead key business projects, including systems upgrades and new initiatives.
Identify efficiency improvements and foster a high-performance accounting culture.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant or similar degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
Experience with management accounting, regulations and tax compliance.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and IFRS.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills; hybrid work, 3 days/week in Warsaw.
