Accountant - Part-time (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable across all locations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with German accounting standards (HGB) and tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as primary accounting contact.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting to support growth plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience in hospitality/retail/fast-growing startups.
• Strong knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and tax law.
• Proficient in DATEV, SAP, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for reports, data analysis, and insights.
• Fluent in German; English proficiency required.
