Accountant II – International Accounting

📋 Description

• Close subsidiary financial statements on a monthly basis in accordance with US GAAP
• Conform local GAAP financial statements to US GAAP and vice versa
• Review reconciliations, allocations, consolidations, and intercompany transactions
• Support month- and year-end close processes and assist with annual audit activities
• Complete external audit requests by analyzing general ledger accounts for auditors
• Identify and support continual process and procedure improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience including GL and month/year-end close
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with CPA eligibility
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the US
