Perform contract reviews with Legal, Professional Services, and orders to ensure GAAP compliance
Prepare and record general ledger entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Conduct monthly reconciliations by verifying, allocating, posting and resolving discrepancies
Support month/year end close and assist with annual audit
Analyze and communicate periodic results to Accounting management
Assist in research and preparation of technical accounting memos related to revenue and expense accounting

🎯 Requirements

Prior experience in public accounting or a similar position
Working knowledge of GAAP
Experience with general ledger functions and month and year end close
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Familiarity with accounting financial statements
Ability to work independently
