Accountant – Audit Manager (WEECAP)

📋 Description

• Audit, review, and validate financial docs for Mastercard Foundation reports.
• Ensure expenditures are fully supported, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Lead internal controls and documentation for quarterly reports.
• Collaborate with project staff, regional finance teams, and HO for timely submissions.
• Focus on donor compliance and audit readiness, not day-to-day processing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting, audit, or donor compliance.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Deltek Costpoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with donor funds and Mastercard Foundation standards.
• Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent is an advantage.
