- Support revenue cycle: claims submission, QA, payment posting, AR follow-up.
- Point of contact for clients; onboarding calls and monthly check-ins.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and Client Success on RFPs and issues.
- Additional duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years in accounting/finance with revenue cycle exposure.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Familiarity with Looker, BigQuery, NetSuite, Candid or similar.
- Strong communication and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
