Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaid, reclassifications).
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Assist with AP/AR, including invoice review and payments.
• Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3+ years accounting experience; public/high-growth a plus.
• Strong US GAAP fundamentals.
• Month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.
