Accountant

📋 Description

• Own areas of the month-end close with accuracy and on time.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations per US GAAP; flag issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare schedules and financial statements for annual audits.
• Identify gaps in systems and propose automation solutions.
• Support other accounting duties and ad-hoc requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Accounting or Bachelor's with 1+ year accounting exp.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Experience with NetSuite, VBA, AI and data analytics; CPA a plus.
