Accountant

📋 Description

• Own cash recording and reconciliation across entities and currencies.
• Reconcile bank accounts and processors to NetSuite; investigate discrepancies.
• Support daily revenue ops; reconcile processor reports; assist revenue recognition.
• Record and reconcile prepaid expenses and amortization schedules.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, AP to ensure accurate cash and revenue entries.
• Support month-end close; reconcile, investigate fluctuations, explain variances.
• Assist audits; prepare schedules and documentation.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Use NetSuite, FloQast, Excel, Chargebee, and Google Sheets to document work.
• Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and 2+ years in accounting/GL.
• Ready for ownership; take responsibility for cash and revenue under mentorship.
• Strong time management; juggle daily cash/revenue with monthly close; meet deadlines.
• Clear, proactive communicator; cross-functional and documents work.
• Resourceful and coachable; research, ask questions, involve manager when needed.
• Detail-oriented; reconciliations; accurate records; understand business impact.
• Enjoy improving processes; automate and streamline using automation tools.
• Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, Excel, Chargebee, Google Sheets.
