Accountant

📋 Description

• Own revenue-related processes including invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliations
• Maintain and update sales orders end-to-end across billing and revenue records
• Use Salesforce and NetSuite to manage billing cycles and revenue
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for accurate orders and timely invoicing
• Support audits by maintaining clean documentation and providing data as needed
• Contribute to process improvements across billing, reconciliation, and revenue workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in accrual-based environment with exposure to revenue recognition
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience managing invoicing, AR, or order-to-cash with high accuracy
• Detail-oriented with clean, error-free financial data
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally
