- Own revenue-related processes including invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliations
- Maintain and update sales orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy across billing and revenue records
- Use Salesforce and NetSuite to manage billing cycles, track revenue, and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate order details and timely invoicing
- Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining clean documentation and providing data as needed
- Contribute to process improvements across billing, reconciliation, and revenue workflows
π― Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in an accrual-based environment with exposure to revenue recognition
- Strong working experience in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Experience managing invoicing, AR, or order-to-cash with high accuracy
- Detail-oriented with a track record of clean, accurate financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
