  • Own accounting for selected Smartly subsidiaries; ensure timely, accurate transactions.
  • Support month-end close with journal entries, accruals, assets, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with audit schedules and work with external auditors.
  • Collaborate with tax team on direct and indirect tax reporting.
  • Respond to finance queries and provide required financial data.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and expense claims per policy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Solid experience in accounting and accounts payable
  • Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation knowledge
  • Experience with invoice processing and employee expense management
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; NetSuite or ERP experience a plus
  • High attention to detail and structured financial work
