Accountant

📋 Description

• Analyze financial position; prepare managerial reports and statements.
• Maintain complete and accurate general ledger.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements (balance sheet, income, cash flow).
• Prepare and record journal entries for balance sheet and income activity.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze variances.
• Advise internal departments on transactions and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Participate in requirements, design, testing of financial systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in generalledger accounting and account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
