Account Support Representative

📋 Description

• Support daily needs of the sales team across the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Assist onboarding and training new customers; address inquiries.
• Liaise between customers, sales, and internal teams for follow-up.
• Provide coverage for open territories via in-person or virtual meetings.
• Coordinate sample logistics, materials, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (science/healthcare/business preferred).
• 1+ years in sales support or customer-facing role; healthcare sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%.
