Serve as day-to-day contact with mid-level clients, creative teams, and partners
Manage client objectives, timelines, and changes; drive progress and results
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and briefs
Influence efficiency and quality; advocate for agency/client relationship
Own project management workflow data entry and reporting
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of client-facing industry experience
Experience forming strong client relationships
TVC production experience
Knowledge of client and agency operations; DAVID's capabilities
Business and financial acumen
Proven negotiation skills
