  • Own 10–15 client accounts: health, risk, retention, and upsells.
  • Build high-level outbound omnichannel strategies for each client.
  • Run 3–4 client calls daily: updates, strategy sessions.
  • Lead the internal pod (SDRs, Delivery Lead, Content) toward KPIs.
  • Manage escalations; involve Training Manager and Delivery Lead.
  • Balance individual and team KPIs (50/50) and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in account mgmt, client success, or B2B lead gen; 5+ concurrent projects.
  • Full ownership of account health and results; coordination and accountability.
  • Experience managing stakeholders on both sides: clients and internal teams.
  • Stay composed in difficult client conversations; turn conflict into insight.
  • Strong time-management; high-volume work; no fixed hours; 15 clients.
  • English native or C2; fluent writing/speaking; CRM/outreach tools familiarity.
