  • Serve as primary contact for Consumer affiliate accounts globally; onboarding through growth.
  • Coordinate partner milestones: order readiness, fulfillment, activation follow-ups.
  • Cross-functional handoffs with BD, ops, finance, and support; ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track blockers/risks and ensure internal and partner timelines are met.
  • Maintain internal docs, trackers, and tooling for partner experience.
  • Support rollout of new tools and process updates; gather partner feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in ops, customer support, or process coordination.
  • 1+ years interfacing with customers and driving operational improvements.
  • Highly organized; clear communicator across stakeholders.
  • Experience with account management, project coordination, or lifecycle support.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, Confluence, Salesforce, Tableau, or BI tools.
  • Data analysis skills in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools.
  • Experience with high-volume consumer product; root cause/Six Sigma lean concepts.
