  • Build strong partner relationships by understanding needs and helping them succeed.

  • Act as the main point of contact for partners in your portfolio.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay informed.

  • Share partner feedback to help improve our ways of working and product offering.

  • 1-3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or similar roles.
  • Interest in building long-term partner relationships and developing commercial skills.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to help partners succeed.
  • Strong communication skills: you can build trust and adapt to different audiences.
  • An analytical approach: comfortable working with performance data (Looker/Power BI a plus).
  • Proactive and hands-on: you take initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
