๐ฏ Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or similar roles.
- Interest in building long-term partner relationships and developing commercial skills.
- A service-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to help partners succeed.
- Strong communication skills: you can build trust and adapt to different audiences.
- An analytical approach: comfortable working with performance data (Looker/Power BI a plus).
- Proactive and hands-on: you take initiative and ownership of your work.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and quick to learn new tools.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
