📋 Description

• Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly quotas by pursuing collection targets.
• Build genuine relationships with small business owners and show empathy during collections.
• Mitigate Mulligan Funding's losses using effective collections strategies and repayment options.
• Use sales and negotiation skills to arrange payment plans with delinquent merchants.
• Pre-qualify merchants for workouts and modifications to fundings.
• Conduct risk evaluations by reviewing financial health and credit history.

🎯 Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience collecting commercial debt.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FDCPA, state, and federal laws.
• Advanced skip tracing techniques preferred.
• Exceptional listening and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
