Solve risk problems in KYC, fraud, and regulatory compliance while keeping CX high
Communicate with customers, merchants, and banks to gather information
Support cross-functional teams on high-risk accounts (CX, Fraud Ops, KYC)
Review documents and assess validity; escalate as needed
Place and take calls as escalated by teams
Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements; extract and present data

Customer experience, operations, and risk management
Fraud prevention experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Microsoft Office/Google Apps
