  • Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain account plans including maps, whitespace, usage trends, and risks.
  • Generate growth pipeline by identifying new use cases and product opportunities.
  • Partner with Field Engineering to drive adoption and value realization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Based in the Bay Area (SF/Peninsula/South Bay) preferred; NYC/NJ acceptable.
  • 6+ years in B2B/SaaS customer-facing roles.
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying Account Management, Sales, or Renewals.
  • Strong interest in AI/ML and the evolving ML ecosystem.
  • High technical and product curiosity; comfortable with developers, ML engineers, and researchers.
  • Proven ability to drive growth motions (upsells, cross-sells) and retention in technical accounts.
