- Proven ability to retain and grow strategic accounts via consultative partnerships.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; translate data into actionable insights.
- Results-oriented, proactive, balancing client service with revenue goals.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred.
