- Portfolio management for 200+ accounts across segments \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at all levels \n
- Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations \n
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and anticipation of needs \n
- Experience as CSM/Renewals/Sales/IT manager or Software Sales \n
- Customer-centric; positive, proactive, and helpful \n
- Some travel required (events and on-sites) \n
- Fluent in Dutch; other languages a plus \n
