  • Portfolio management for 200+ accounts across segments
  • \n
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at all levels
  • \n
  • Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations
  • \n
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and anticipation of needs
  • \n
  • Experience as CSM/Renewals/Sales/IT manager or Software Sales
  • \n
  • Customer-centric; positive, proactive, and helpful
  • \n
  • Some travel required (events and on-sites)
  • \n
  • Fluent in Dutch; other languages a plus
