🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in tech/outsourcing.
  • Experience with nearshoring hubs, global delivery models, and recruitment services.
  • Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong numerical aptitude; forecasts, negotiations, metrics.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level interpersonal skills.
