- Experience with nearshoring hubs, global delivery models, and recruitment services.
- Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong numerical aptitude; forecasts, negotiations, metrics.
- Excellent communication and executive-level interpersonal skills.
