  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value U.S.-based accounts.
  • Primary contact for clients; ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Lead proposals, scopes, and commercial pitches with sales and delivery teams.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; lead strategic account planning.
  • Align resources with client needs via talent and delivery teams.
  • Travel to the U.S. for client visits and onboarding as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in tech or outsourcing.
  • Nearshore hubs, agile delivery models, and recruitment-based services.
  • Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or serving U.S. clients.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong numerical aptitude for forecasts, rate negotiations, and metrics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
