- Serve as the dedicated AM for a specified AE; help grow the account.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move to resolution.
- Liaise between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources for the AE.
- Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and GPS service offerings.
- Maintain relationships with GPS Vendors and AE customers; leverage resources.
- Represent GuidePoint at customer meetings and assist renewals, upsell, and new sales.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Proven success in Inside Sales.
- Cyber security experience required.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
