  • Serve as the dedicated AM for a specified AE; help grow the account.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move to resolution.
  • Liaise between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources for the AE.
  • Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and GPS service offerings.
  • Maintain relationships with GPS Vendors and AE customers; leverage resources.
  • Represent GuidePoint at customer meetings and assist renewals, upsell, and new sales.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven success in Inside Sales.
  • Cyber security experience required.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
