๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage Goodlord accounts and drive growth via up-selling and retention.
  • Focus on retention and growth; align with customers to improve products and upsell features.
  • Manage direct and shared customer relationships; maximise opportunities.
  • Use data to inform customers via account reviews and touchpoints.
  • Collate and share customer feedback to improve experience.
  • London hybrid structure: 3 days in-office at Aldgate East, 2 days remote.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • You have solid experience in B2B account management and/or lettings experience.
  • You have a proven track record of delivery of customer progression, and growth of those customers as a result.
  • You are energetic, creative and curious in your approach while not being shy about expressing them.
  • You have a positive attitude, and work well under pressure, and are able to problem solve when sometimes having to think outside the box.
