📋 Description

  • Run structured SMB account reviews to identify workflow gaps.
  • Prospect ~200 SMB accounts for upsell opportunities.
  • Manage renewal cycles end-to-end, including pricing and contracting.
  • Partner with CSMs, AEs and Product to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Prioritize calendar to balance expansion with short-term deals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, forecasting across opportunities.
