  • Manage a book of SMB accounts (~300) to drive expansion revenue.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding and Product teams.
  • Own end-to-end sales process from initial contact to close (avg 30 days).
  • Handle renewals and upsells; identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationship quality to maximize account value.
  • Hybrid role: three days in Austin office.

  • 1+ year owning a large SMB account book (~500+ accounts).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Ability to engage Directors and above in sales discussions.
  • Excellent time management; 5+ meetings/day, 25+/week.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
