- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding and Product teams.
- Own end-to-end sales process from initial contact to close (avg 30 days).
- Handle renewals and upsells; identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationship quality to maximize account value.
- Hybrid role: three days in Austin office.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ year owning a large SMB account book (~500+ accounts).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Ability to engage Directors and above in sales discussions.
- Excellent time management; 5+ meetings/day, 25+/week.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
