  • Track record of upselling and growing account portfolio.
  • Established relationships with multiple stakeholders at SMBs.
  • Enjoy talking on the phone with clients for 60%+ of your day.
  • Desire to understand customer pain points.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to inform decisions.
