- Drive revenue growth within SMB portfolio by exceeding NDR targets and expanding opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, address needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular account health reviews and communicate value and growth strategies.
- Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses to uncover opportunities and foster partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Accounting, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless experiences.
π― Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a quota-carrying SMB SaaS Account Manager/Executive role.
- Strong experience with Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft and/or PandaDoc.
- Proven ability to forecast revenue and contribute to reliable projections.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable results.
- Familiarity with the SMB market and its challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.
