πŸ“‹ Description

  • Drive revenue growth within SMB portfolio by exceeding NDR targets and expanding opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, address needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular account health reviews and communicate value and growth strategies.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses to uncover opportunities and foster partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Accounting, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a quota-carrying SMB SaaS Account Manager/Executive role.
  • Strong experience with Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft and/or PandaDoc.
  • Proven ability to forecast revenue and contribute to reliable projections.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Familiarity with the SMB market and its challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.
