🎯 Requirements

Financial services grounding in equity research, IB, or capital markets
Commercial instinct with accountability; renewals and growth opportunities
Analytical mindset using data signals and trends to tell a story
Credible communicator across levels, from junior staff to Head of Research
Ownership mentality; proactive, adaptable, embraces ambiguity
1-3 years in Financial Services; degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
