  • Maintain low-touch contact with pooled accounts at scale; drive health and experience.
  • Provide proactive market insights and solutions to showcase Hootsuite benefits.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion in low-ARR accounts at scale.
  • Provide weekly rolling forecasts and monitor account data health.
  • Contribute to team pipeline of upsell/add-ons at renewal to hit targets.
  • Manage end-to-end renewal process to hit renewal targets and meet needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales or customer success (Account Exec/CSM/AM).
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Proven success in monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen and tech-savvy with focus on ROI and customer value.
  • Ability to articulate product features to inspire sales and build trust.
  • Experience creating sales strategies inclusive of 3rd party solutions.
