  • Maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with pooled accounts at scale to drive health and experience.
  • Develop rapport with customers by proactively providing market insights and solutions.

  • Provide weekly forecasts and rolling forecasts; monitor data health.

🎯 Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales or customer success (e.g., AM, AE, CS).
  • Proven success in monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Tech-savvy with focus on customer value, ROI, and solutions.
  • Ability to articulate product features clearly to inspire sales.
  • Experience creating sales strategies including 3rd party solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills via phone, video, and email.
