๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end renewal for 2โ€“250 accounts in up to 10 employees
  • Proactively reach out to customers 60โ€“90 days before renewal
  • Manage 10โ€“15 renewals per month, with quarterly cycles
  • Navigate standard MSA contracts incl. auto-renew and 10% YoY uplifts
  • Forecast renewal outcomes and maintain forecasting in Salesforce/Clarity
  • Build strong relationships to ensure retention

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
