- Manage 10โ15 renewals per month, with quarterly cycles
- Navigate standard MSA contracts incl. auto-renew and 10% YoY uplifts
- Forecast renewal outcomes and maintain forecasting in Salesforce/Clarity
- Build strong relationships to ensure retention
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1-3 years in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
