  • Forecast renewal outcomes in Salesforce/Clarity.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure retention.

  • 1-3 years in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
