Manage client calls and provide new administrator training.
Maintain client documentation such as SOPs and process docs.
Engage in product releases, updates, and system functionality.
Educate clients on product updates and consult on solutions.
Drive service delivery improvements across all teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management or Communication preferred.
4+ years’ experience with clients and relationship building.
Strong understanding of consumer spending accounts.
Knowledge of consumer accounts systems is critical.
Relationship and project management skills.
Tech savvy; able to learn new technology quickly.
