  • Stakeholder Mastery: Influence from floor staff to C-suite.
  • Agility & Grit: Thrive in ambiguity; pivot quickly.
  • Technical Proficiency & Language: Advanced G-Suite; Salesforce/Slack a plus; Italian & English.
