  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese; additional European languages are a plus.
  • 2+ years experience in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to retain and grow accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative mindset; translate client needs into solutions.
  • Ability to manage risk and retention, handling escalations and turning challenges into wins.
