📋 Description

  • Develop and follow an effective call strategy for assigned region to increase referral outcomes.
  • Reports to Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on plan status.
  • Communicates goals, strategies, and outcomes with Regional VP and VP of Sales.
  • Builds effective relationships with customers and community leaders in assigned region.
  • Works well independently and with Clinic Directors, Therapy staff, and peers.
  • Presents company information, services, and outcomes data to partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience with physicians, medical offices, or related field.
  • Medical/Healthcare sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Experience working in an environment with multiple objectives.
