  • Maintain and grow relationships with top restaurant partners via in-person/remote comms
  • Drive restaurant performance through data analysis to maximise orders and growth
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
  • Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve efficiencies
  • Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
  • Innovate and present ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies
  • Be a local expert for your city and the face of Deliveroo to restaurants

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in account/relationship management (or similar)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication across face-to-face, phone or email
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and negotiating
  • Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company is preferable
  • Self-starter, hard worker and well-organised
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst out meeting restaurant partners
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese) valued
