  • Serve as dedicated AM for a specified AE to grow their accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move to resolution
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources
  • Develop product/industry knowledge and GPS service offerings
  • Build relationships with GPS vendors and AE customers
  • Close renewals, upsell, and net-new opportunities with AE guidance

  • Proven success in Inside Sales
  • Cyber Security experience
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
