- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move to resolution
- Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources
- Develop product/industry knowledge and GPS service offerings
- Build relationships with GPS vendors and AE customers
- Close renewals, upsell, and net-new opportunities with AE guidance

- Proven success in Inside Sales
- Cyber Security experience
- Salesforce.com experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
