  • Serve as dedicated AM for a specified AE to grow their accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move to resolution.
  • Act as liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint for the AE.
  • Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and GuidePoint offerings.
  • Maintain relationships with GuidePoint vendors and AE's customers.
  • Leverage vendor resources to bring value to customers.

  • Proven success in Inside Sales
  • Cyber Security experience required
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude with drive for results; able to deal with ambiguity
