- Act as liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint for the AE.
- Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and GuidePoint offerings.
- Maintain relationships with GuidePoint vendors and AE's customers.
- Leverage vendor resources to bring value to customers.

- Proven success in Inside Sales
- Cyber Security experience required
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong ability to multitask
- Positive attitude with drive for results; able to deal with ambiguity
