  • Serve as the dedicated AM for a specified AE to grow their business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move to resolution.
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources for the AE.
  • Develop product and industry knowledge, vendor resources, and GPS service offerings.
  • Build relationships with GuidePoint vendors and AE customers.
  • Close renewals, upsell, and net-new sales cycles with AE guidance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven success in Inside Sales.
  • Cyber security experience required.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
